The Deepflow Meditation Process is something I’ve developed through the study of Aikido, meditation, and energy work. I’ve developed a three-pronged framework to unpack the process and make it easier to explain how to achieve a powerful state of deepflow, from which creation and understanding can eminate.  The basic framework is as follows:

Grow quiet and still (Chakras 1-3)

An increasingly difficult task as external stimuli multiply, getting still and quieting the mind and spirit is often times the biggest obstacle to achieving deepflow.  It’s an incredibly valuable state to attain, because from a state of stillness and calm, we may begin to understand who we truly are without bias or judgment.  By getting in touch with our authentic selves, we are then able to authentically relate with everyone and everything that surrounds us.

Connect with the source (Chakras 3-5)

One we’ve grown quiet and still, we are more seamlessly able to connect with what I like to call “the source.”  The source is all around us, flowing from us, flowing through us, and flowing to us.  I believe that God, Mother Earth, the universe, the collective consiousness, and all other forms of higher power are aspects of the source.  It is the space between us, the void, the mystery of all.  In Star Wars, it is called “the force,” but whatever we individually believe, I prefer to use the neutral term “the source” so as to keep things open, accessible, and relatable for all.

Be aware of what is (Chakras 5-7)

Once we’ve connected to the source, we can simply and wholly be, and in our own unwavering presence the whole truth may reveal itself to us.  Instead of discovering, unraveling, or deducing, we can simple become aware of what is, as it is,  with complete neutrality.  We are then finally able to get out of our own way, to uncover our own eyes and ears from any programming that we’ve been exposed to as well as any limiting beliefs that we’ve imposed upon ourselves.  Among other phenonmena, clairvoyance and clairaudience often emerge here, as well as the knowingness of our highest self.

In short, the basic Deepflow Meditation Process is: Grow. Connect. Be.  Throughout our training, we will explore each aspect in depth in order to aspire to our full potential, so that we may share the gifts of our true selves with the world.
