Most times, perfect is the enemy of good for self-development. Balance and progression are key. Balanced progression and progressive balance are both fun concepts to explore. Instead of adopting an all-or-nothing mentality, focusing on steady progress is less flashy but often more effective in the long-run, whether trying to achieve a habit streak, weight loss goal, or just becoming the best possible version of oneself.
