Cael is the founder and director of Deepflow Dojo.  Here is a rough roadmap of his journey to its founding.

Cael began playing poker professionally at the age of 18, while simultaneously earning three bachelor degrees studying at The Pennsylvania State University and the Universidad de Salamanca.

He became certified as a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) in 2011 and a Certified Weight Loss Coach (CWLC) in 2012.

He taught at a bilingual international school in Punta Cana in 2012 launched a research-focused alternative health website in 2013.

He is a graduate from the clairvoyant, transmedium, hands-on-healing, and spiritual teacher programs at RPI.

He taught meditation and healing classes and ran free community healing clinics in Reno from 2015-2019.

He trained Aikido (the art of peace) for many years and was uchideshi (live-in apprentice) for a year and a half under Vince Salvatore Sensei (6th dan) at the Aikido of Reno dojo.

He earned his blackbelt in 2017 and served as an Aikido instructor there from 2018-2019.

He was hired as the sole Aikido instructor elsewhere in February 2020.

Since then, Cael has been focusing on developing a blend of Aikido, meditation, healing, self-mastery, authentic relating, and energetic awareness that he calls “deepflow.”

His mission is to help as many people as possible reach their own unique deepflow state, and to help empower others to reach theirs.
